1. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and servers.
2. Hosting Services
VoltHosting provides game server hosting, server management tools, credits, backups, and related services. Service availability can vary during maintenance, upgrades, network incidents, or abuse prevention.
3. Billing, Credits, and Renewals
Paid plans are billed according to the plan shown at checkout. Account credits can be used for eligible purchases inside VoltHosting. Free plans may have limits and may require weekly renewal.
4. Refunds
Refunds may be reviewed case by case. Credits, promotional balances, affiliate earnings, and services already used may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by VoltHosting.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use VoltHosting for illegal activity, malware, botnets, phishing, spam, DDoS activity, credential theft, harassment, or content that violates applicable law. Minecraft servers must follow Mojang/Microsoft rules and any platform rules that apply.
6. Resource Abuse
You may not intentionally overload nodes, bypass limits, mine cryptocurrency, run unrelated background services, or use hosting resources in a way that harms other customers.
7. Suspension and Termination
VoltHosting may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or servers for non-payment, abuse, security risk, chargebacks, false information, or violation of these terms.
8. Backups and Data
Backups are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee against data loss. Customers should keep their own copies of important worlds, files, plugins, and configs.
9. Affiliates and Promo Codes
Affiliate codes may provide customer discounts and affiliate earnings. Abuse, self-referrals, fake orders, chargeback activity, or misleading promotion can result in removal of credits or account action.
10. Changes
VoltHosting may update these terms as services change. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
